Required background must include one or more of the following practical disciplines: Interaction Design, Content Strategy and Copywriting, Visual Design, or Producing in a cross-functional design team. As a member of an Agile Scrum team, you will be the face of the DXD team, representing and advocating for the best customer experience through requirements elicitation, user story development, ideation, refinement, and the ultimate delivery of design assets for the banking experience across all devices. Proven success in partnering with cross-discipline partners in a highly matrixed environment is key, and includes: product management, project management (scrum masters), business analyses, development, architecture, and QA. You will also partner closely with the rest of the DXD team as a subject matter expert to support broader design engagements. You also: Have experience working in a medium to enterprise-level Agile environment and can adapt to the Wells Fargo Agile methodology Are able use your diplomacy to influence decisions and facilitate conversations between technical teams and DXD to ensure design feasibility Have an understanding of the user-centered design process including personas, task analysis, task flows, content audits, content strategies, and user testing Have the ability to produce common UX deliverables including: Wireframes, Visual Design Specifications, and Copy Decks Are organized, self-sufficient, and able to work collaboratively with others What youll be responsible for Collaborating with the DXD Design Team (Designers, Content Strategists, and Researchers) on multi-device experiences in one or more of the following areas: online and mobile banking, payments, financial education, product information, tools, and applications in an Agile framework Representing DXD throughout the implementation process and working with the broader Scrum team to understand business goals and create design solutions for customer needs Partnering with product managers, scrum masters, developers, business analysts, and legal/compliance managing expectations regarding DXD delivery   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
