Candidate must be local : Yes Job Description : User Experience (UX) Strategist The UX Strategist is dedicated to a product team and is responsible for ensuring they are user-centric in their products and their roadmaps. Tactical deliverables include strategic recommendations, digital trends analysis, competitive analysis, audience definitions, user journeys, user flows and prioritization of tasks, and in some cases, information architecture and low fidelity wireframes. In combination, these artifacts should effectively communicate the final product vision and recommendation for post-launch measurement. Responsible for developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and broader measurement plans for web, mobile, and other digital channels. Work closely with Web Analytics team to develop dashboards and analysis to answer strategic business questions, including insights into customer behaviors and overall product health metrics. Work with the User Research team to identify testing opportunities for digital products and recommend experience improvements to product owners, based on research findings. Use all analysis to assist the product owner with determining future priorities. Support PPO/PO with annual UX health analysis ahead of annual roadmap planning.
