As a UX/UI Designer, you will provide web designs for EEC applications, take input from various stakeholders and translate them into wireframes and user journeys that will serve as the “blueprint” for software development. gather and evaluate user requirements; illustrate design ideas using artifacts such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, process flows and site maps; design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, widgets, and forms;. This role works closely with the project team and other stakeholders Additionally, you will maintain awareness and skill in emerging trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and possibilities to the project team. You are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and have the skills to make it happen. We have the engineers that create the back end functionality…we need a UX/UI Designer to help craft and drive the future front-end experience of our users. Responsibilities: • Translate stakeholder input into web application wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. • Facilitate clients product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for web applications. • Conceptualize, design and develop user flows, user stories, responsive wireframes, sitemaps, interface mockups, and prototypes optimized and compatible for a wide range of devices, platforms and interfaces. • Identify design problems and devise solutions. • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features. • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate web application designs. • Attention to details to uncover assumptions, core problems, and opportunities. • Work closely with development team to ensure functionality and user experience are exceptional and design integrity is maintained. • Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, in persuasive and engaging ways. • Apply design thinking that connects research, best practices, and business and user outcomes. • Deeply understand our users, their business challenges, and the unique problems they are trying to solve. • Champion usability and accessibility while ensuring identify and style guidelines are met. • Create graphical design elements including images, buttons, banners, menus, and lists.
