Job Description :

Position Description:

Key Activities:

Determine appropriate Interaction Design patterns and create lo-fidelity drawings based on discovery and initial review in accordance with CEO design standards
Determine an optimized Informational Hierarchy and overall navigation design
Design and create final look and feel visual composition in accordance with the UX wireframes and CEO design standards
Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining wireframes and other UX artifacts
Performs user research activities, UX analysis, IA, and interaction design.
Visual Design of user interfaces
Applies CEO design standards, adapting and interpreting as necessary
Creating of new design assets, as needed, to extend CEO design vocabulary
Create lo-fidelity drawings based on discovery and initial review in accordance with CEO design standards
The identification and organization of a sites content (including, but not limited to, the site navigation)
Design and create final look and feel visual composition in accordance with the UX wireframes and CEO design standards

Must haves:

3-7 years or professional experienece in UX design

Experience with both UX/CX design (80% of this role) and Visual Design (20% of this role) which will align with Equipment Finance and CEO governance/standards

Expert knowledge with Adobe Fireworks, Sketch (InVision) and a proficiency in prototyping

Experience with JIRA and working working within an Agile design methodology

Nice to haves:

Experience working in the finance industry

ADA exposure

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
