Candidate must exhibit a thorough understanding of WebSphere Network Deployment (ND) architecture and administration. Experience with service delivery policies & procedures and full J2EE life-cycle processes are essential. Knowledge and adherence to best practice service guidelines are essential. Candidate must be a self starter, capable of planning and executing assigned responsibilities both independently and under direction of senior WebSphere associates. Strong time management skills and the ability to complete activities within time constraints are crucial. Candidate must be willing to work outside normal business hours providing 24x7 WebSphere support for highly valued clients. Candidate must have strong team orientation and consistently contribute to realization of team goals and customer satisfaction.
