Successful candidate must be comfortable with constant daily communication and working collaboratively and closely with others. • Ability to write detailed, repeatable test cases and plan for sprint coverage as appropriate to validate and measure quality is required. • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills are a must – both face to face and via the telephone. • Track, report, and review test results for the products compliance to the design and functional specifications and associated metrics with management. • Participate with designers, developers and other technical resources as active members of the project team throughout the development lifecycle to assist in scoping, offer insights on quality & system/application requirements, and to lead resolution of defects. • Team Foundation Server (TFS) is the Agile management tool used for both Sprint management, Defect Tracking, and Metrics Management.
