This role will report to the Director of Capability Services. It is a technical leadership role that is responsible for technologies and implementations that cut across multiple applications and application teams. The role works with teams to solve difficult technical issues and to help uplift the organizations technical capabilities. The position will also play a technical leadership role on projects and programs, and will provide delivery and thought leadership contributions in general and to experiments and R&D. Position Requirements: Proven experience understanding and translating business needs into a comprehensive, cohesive solution design(s) that meet all functional and non-functional requirements is required. Strong communication and presentation skills, and experience influencing others outside of the reporting hierarchy are also required. Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams Excellent communication and people interaction skills Learning agility An understanding of LEAN Principles Strong presentation skills Thought leadership skills and attributes desired: Big Picture Thinking.
