Responsibilities: * Execute and monitor operation batch maps * Ensure SLAs are met by for all daily deliverables * Closely monitor any high risk jobs/cycles in order to mitigate any negative impact and send alerts, statuses or escalations if needed * Initial investigation of batch failures/issues/rejects * Implementation of work around and creating/executing scripts * Create, monitor and complete work requests through application ticketing system and assign work requests to the appropriate departments * Participating in releases/version upgrades and providing system support after implementation * Participating in maintenance activities * Communication to management (heads up of issues, business impact, mitigation plan, resolution plan, statuses, escalation procedure) * Creation of documentation to support the training of newly hired employees Required Skills: * 2+ years of experience with UNIX operating systems * 2+ years of SQL/PLSQL experience * Ability to perform a broad range of technical functions * Ability to create and update technical documentation * Ability to interact with multiple teams simultaneously * Experience working in a service oriented environment Desired Skills: * Knowledge of execution tools (Maestro, TWS, Control M, IPC, AMC, etc) * Basic knowledge of Informatica and Teradata * Experience with any Amdocs billing application   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
