(What are the needs? Explain the parameters of the need and work with the customer to architect an application/gameplan based on their request). That plan is then routed for approval and then implemented for the customer. The team also handles maintenance issues for existing clients as well as upgrades. As a whole the team could do 100-150 changes/enhancements/break/fixes a week. Typically 45-50 hours/week. Hours are flexible.
