Job Description Developer: SAS Programmer, Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL Komshell Scripting Data Warehouse

Description:

Need to Have:

· Proven or Extensive Experience/Background with the following systems/technologies.

- Fluent in automating SAS programs w/n a UNIX or LINUX environment

- Teradata (preferred) or Oracle or SQL Server

- ETL/SAS

- SQL ETL

- Korn Shell scripting

- UNIX/Linux platform

- Teradata ETL tools and utilizes such as BTEQ, MLOAD, FASTLOAD, TPT, FASTEXPORT

- Data Warehousing background

· Must be able to work on-call schedule every 4-5 weeks, which may include production, DEV or UAT loads.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.



Pluses:

- SQL Query development for ETL and Semantic structures

- Base SAS programming/development

- Data background for SQL queries in standard database platforms that could include SQL, Oracle, DB2

· Oracle Experience

· Experience with SQL plus

· Previous technical Lead Role

· Data Modeling experience

· Informatica / Ab Anitio experience

· And/or equivalent military experience
