At the very least, we need a new/different claims provider to be implemented, as the customized claims provider we currently use is very buggy. This is a system administration task. • Implement a list of aesthetic changes that will most likely involve customizing themes in SharePoint 2013. This is a system administration task. • Start converting a list of custom web parts to app parts so they can be easily migrated to SharePoint Online in Office 365. This is a development task • Work with us to develop a migration plan to SharePoint Online in Office 365. This will be both a system administration and development task. This position is responsible for identifying user requirements including scope and objectives, data required, and interfaces needed by participating in business analysis and the development of requirements, independently converting requirements into technical specifications used to code/develop automated work flows using one or more programming languages. This position collaborates with other Application Developers to establish complex internal processes for developing programming, quality assurance and documentation standards.
