Strong understanding of TCP/IP network ports, configuration and knowledge of firewalls relating to IP restrictions/denials. Incident management experience a must using Service Manager or comparable product. Ability to perform troubleshooting for complex hardware, software and network problems. Knowledgeable in the Change Management process. Exceptional communications skills and can do attitude! Ability to workacross multiple teams to determine project requirements.
