The consultant shall demonstrate expert knowledge of MS Access Database version compatibility. The consultant shall have excellent organization and time-management skills. The consultant shall have advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. The consultant shall have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
