REQUIRED SKILLS: -Must be a VBA programming expert with extensive experience in integrating SharePoint with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as MS Project Server with SharePoint. -Must be an expert user in Excel, Excel macro and SharePoint Designer. -Advanced understanding of MS Project 2010, MS Project Online, and Office 365 products. -Must be comfortable working with large amount of data sets. -Have basic understanding of project management practice and lifecycle. -Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. -Must have strong attention to detail. -Must be able to work with minimal supervision. -Must be able to work in flexible situations with shifting priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Create, manage, and troubleshoot complex linked Excel files that contain compound formulas and VBA coding. -Develop macros and VBA to extract data and develop various reports. -Automate data feed from 100+ individual Excel files to one central file with predefined format for monthly financial submission. -Develop automated mechanism to cross check data to ensure integrity during extremely short submission window. -Integrate SharePoint with MS Project Server, Excel, and PowerPoint; establish automatic refresh mechanism on a weekly basis. -Proficiency writing macros and VBA, experience administrating SharePoint sites, and experience managing a database. -Knowledge of data integration, field mappings, data transformation, and data manipulation. -Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to quickly identify issues in data analysis and issues resolution. -Keep up to date documentation for all new and updated processes, templates, and tools.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
