Windows OS patching and XenApp patching (if applicable) of the VDI infrastructure servers (development and production) Windows OS patching of all VDI hosted shared desktop servers (development and production) Follow change management process for VDI environment changes, including server decommissions. Escalate and work directly with Citrix and Microsoft support when needed for VDI problem resolution of any kind.
