Ability to identify, isolate and resolve production and non-production system problems Must be able to produce detailed, accurate technical documentation Excellent written and verbal communications skills Very good organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills Self-motivated, adaptable to change and able to function effectively in a team environment TOP 4 SKILLS candidates must have: Windows 2003/2008/2012, VMWare/ESX, Server build experience, Active Directory/Group Policy administration Note: Candidate should have predominant experience in Servers Upgrade and Server Migration Windows Build Engineer. Someone who has experience with the building of servers not just the administration. Needs to be an engineer, not admin. They have a big project going on - 1000 servers, planning on doing a refresh over the next 4 years. 250 servers to be refreshed each year.
