Identify the causes of networking problems using diagnostic testing software and equipment. Configure security settings, access permissions for groups and individuals. Install, inspect, secure, and troubleshoot networked computers. Install network software, including security or firewall software. Install new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing network systems. Back up network data. Monitor website for information about patches, releases, viruses, or potential problem identification. Backup databases and develop and test recovery plans so that the data can be restored quickly. Support remote operations and Transportation Coordinating Committee (TCC) staff. Write SQL statements, manage databases, optimize databases, manage SharePoint site. Support for Geographic Information System & enterprise Best Practice Model, Support Azure Cloud Services, Ubuntu & Related Software Assist in hardware and software related procurements. Help setup WebEx, Webcasting, & Webinar software for staff and Public Outreach processes.
