RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in managing network system platforms by resolving incidents and fulfilling change requests related to specific to the network technologies. · Focus on end consumer fulfillment and satisfaction of incidents and requests. · Primary technologies include: o Cisco route/switch, firewall, Wireless LAN, and VPN. o Palo Alto firewalls are also in the environment. o Utilize ServiceNow service management platform for work intake and fulfillment and CMDB updates. · SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: o Candidate must be highly proficient with Cisco network switching and routing and firewall capabilities. o Ability to perform troubleshooting and design tasks related to a highly complex enterprise network environment with multiple data centers connected by a private MPLS network. o Expertise managing Cisco wireless network. o Ability to clearly communicate, written and verbally, and produce diagrams and reports resulting from their work activities.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
