WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: * Experience in gathering / validating and documenting requirements, leading meetings, facilitating discussions and following up on action items. * In-depth business analyst experience in the healthcare industry or with Texas HHSC programs * Strong technical writing and diagraming skills, including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin), the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with prior experience in gathering requirements for data analytics, data warehousing, predictive modelling and/or performance measures implementation. * Experience in writing Statement of Work (SOW), or Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Offers (RFO) procurement documents. * Risk management skills * Experience with state-of-the-art software components for a performance metrics   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
