Angular + C#, Javascript. • Write complex Oracle SQL procedures and packages on very large databases for conversion of legacy data and ETL processes. • Read and evaluate data models and work with the data model team to refine and optimize the models. • Tune complex SQL queries. • Translate technical specifications and/or physical design into code for system enhancements and changes. • Identify and resolve defects using configuration management tools and processes. • Read data models and write Oracle Structure Query Language (SQL). • Create and update web services using Java technology components. • Create modify, and interpret XML code and documents. • Create and modify reports. • Assist Business Architects in creating and modifying the requirements documentation. • Participate in JAD sessions for gathering requirements and performing requirement analysis. • Participate in test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues and verify methodology compliance. • Develop and support key business processes, such as retirement estimates and retirement application process. • Support implementation and deployment of production release activities. • Peer review code for team members and provide timely feedback. • Provide technical documentation as needed. • Provide training and mentoring to CalPERS staff as needed and appropriate. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Additional mandatory qualifications for this engagement include demonstrated experience in the following: Senior Programmer: Functions at the expert level performing analytical work in the design and development of architecture strategy, oversees the implementation of technical infrastructure and technology, and provides the architectural direction and guidance to enterprise systems, and may act in a lead capacity or may participate with other analysts on projects of a complex nature or broad scope. • Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming; at least three (3) years of said experience shall have included responsibility on a project basis for analyzing operational methods and developing computer programs to meet desired results, at least two (2) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. • Must have knowledge of electronic computer programming; electronic data processing equipment and its capabilities; principles and techniques of studying work processes for new or revised electronic computer applications; principles of designing methods of processing data; technical report writing; statistical methods. • Must have the ability to write complex programs and develop detailed program specifications. • Must be able to analyze data and situations, identify and sol   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
