The contractor shall: · Remediate MS Office compatibility issues that arise from migrating to 64 bit Office 365 from 32 bit Office. · Possess advanced, current and recent experience remediating common issues with Office files and VBA, especially with MS Excel and MS Access. · Comfortable and knowledgeable with integrating SQL Server and other technologies with MS Office using industry best practices and processes · Work directly with ODOT business lines to understand the problem and ensure fit-for-business fix. · Work directly with ODOT IT to propose solutions and track issues.
