Help Desk Analysts are required to provide support to customer issues and resolve moderately complex problems predominately in the areas of communication and collaboration tools including email, Instant Messaging, SharePoint, company Intranet website and various other enterprise-wide applications. Escalations to the appropriate next-tier teams will also be expected as needed. Inquiries to the helpdesk can be received via telephone, web form and/or email. The Helpdesk Analyst must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and have excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills. The Help Desk Analyst will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing the security and business requirements of the business. The ideal candidate must have a balance of customer service focused soft skills as well as an aptitude for the technical nature of this position. Skills Required Experience with MS Exchange (200X) and Outlook (200X) support and administrationNoida Souce NAT Ip 125.17.114.179 having peer Address 122.255.72.6 • 2003, 2010 • Experience in administration of Microsoft Active Directory Users and Groups • Familiarity with various aspects of Email/SMTP routing and hygiene (Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus) • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and basic website troubleshooting (Please list the version of SharePoint). • Experience with Mobile Device support and configuration such as BlackBerry (BES), Windows Mobile (ActiveSync), iphones • Experience in supporting a Microsoft Windows (Server/Workstation) environment • Fundamental understanding of basic WAN/network connectivity concepts such as DNS, NAT, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing Skills Desired • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Aptitude in grasping technical concepts and communicating those requirements and additional information in manners appropriate to given audiences • Ability to apply technical skills, knowledge and troubleshooting experience to additional shrink wrapped and proprietary applications and systems • Ability to properly document troubleshooting steps and processes in an appropriate fashion Education Required • High School Diploma – Id prefer Bachelors or at least Associates Degree… • 2-3 Years Experience in a technical customer contact environment • A+ Certification Preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
