Serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical staff explaining new software/controls/processes Serve as technical guide r\for new designs incorporating WCF, and Web API functionality Develop data exchanges to import and export data to and from child welfare contributing agencies. Developing appropriate system documentation. Mandatory Qualifications: Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software. 84+ months - Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 30 months of experience designing, developing, and supporting child welfare applications under the SACWIS or CCWIS federal regulations. 84 months experience developing applications using VB.NET and .net framework 4.0 or above. 72 months experience developing applications using WPF. 72 months experience developing applications using WCF. 72 months experience developing applications using the MVC, MVVM, or similar patterns. 72 months experience using ODP.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, packages in minimum version of Oracle 10g or higher. 72 months experience performing regression and integration testing. 60 months experience developing REST based API methods   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
