Orders, how frameworks work, migrations within orders, Pricing - simple, how you set the price, what kind of pricing you are using, create price lists. Payment - Straight forward with integrating WCS with any type of payment integration or any systems responsible for a credit card. How to integrate the systems. Marketing - Generally activities (web activities, development activities) and how those tables are responsible for storing data. Commerce Composer is preferred (how it works...). 8-10 years WCS you should be good in JavaScript. Remote is fine.. the only thing is if he asks what are you working on right now.. if you developed something you should be able to tell him what he is developing.
