The Digital Payments team is part of the digital product management team and is responsible for the consumer digital payments products / features including bill pay, SurePay, digital wires, direct pay, transfers, inter-financial institution (FI), mobile wallets, mobile remote deposit, financial management software (FMS), and other payment products across all digital devices and consumer and small business customers. The team is also responsible for the product management of consumer digital APIs including the existing secure data exchange program and future use cases. This position is responsible for product management of digital API efforts and will partner with various teams across WFVC and Wells Fargo to help implement business program/product vision and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives. Responsible for product management and delivery of complex and diverse payment API services to be made available to WF customers and 3rd Party partners Implement new products/services to increase market share and meet identified customer needs. Responsible for working with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met fully Partner with various teams - legal, fraud, customer support & servicing, marketing - to gain commitments and agreements to lead to successful implementation of a new product Responsible for the SDLC of new Payments API functionality development from user story creation through UAT testing.
