Well put one in each of the 6 product pods. Theyll be responsible for the following tasks on an ongoing basis: Work with EIT to outline a sourcing strategy for each data set required for each 2-week sprint (in advance) – procure system access / source document / etc (read only) access for Pod resources as appropriate Load and stage data in our SAS data lab for testing by the pod teams. Set up table structures, import data and documents for Pod teams. Assist pod teams in the identification of data transformations, and translation of related code into descriptions of the assumptions implied in the code. Work with EIT to get access to transformation logic. Assist pod teams with the design of solutions for gaps identified. Work with teams in EIT and DMI to define appropriate architecture and design.
