Works with engineering teams to deliver integrated, customer visible content (inline text, online help files, resource files, and so on). Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to structured authoring standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Creates content from scratch and revises, transforms, and repurposes existing content to produce a content solution that supports the customer experience model. Is not focused on outputs, but rather on inputs, modular content, collaborative authoring, and helping the customer make decisions. Intermediate-Level 5-10 years Writes and edits interface, procedural content, and some reference content. Single-sourcing and structured authoring. Ideal candidate will have indepth experience developing online help systems and context-sensitive topics. Specific skill areas: Demonstrated Customer focus, experience working directly with customers DITA, structured authoring, modular authoring experience Demonstrated problem solver, creative thinker Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced and fluid development environment.
