Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Conduct or participate in user requirements gathering and blueprinting Design solutions in SAP WM module Ensure compliance to required data and reporting standards Prepare functional specifications Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling. Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality. Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Minimum 5 years of experience SAP W Hands-on experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation project Hands-On experience in SAP M & S project for at least 2 years Good skills in configuring warehouse management structures – storage types, storage bins, quants Should have good experience in configuring extending material masters to warehouse management functions , batch management in warehouse, shelf life functionality, Warehouse movements, transfer requirements , transfer orders, goods receipts with inbound delivery, goods issues with outbound deliveries, picking and packing and handling unit, stock replenishment, fixed bin replenishment, picking strategies- FIFO, LIFO,SLED ,Put-away strategies-fixed bin, open bin, next empty bin, near bin, inventory processes , storage unit management, Mobile data entry , RF technology and devices, Crossdocking , Yard management Good skills in configuring Inventory Management, Reservation, Transfer Posting, Stock Transfer and Physical Inventory processCompetent to analyze diverse and complex problems Basis technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues Good communication skills Travel: Need locals Degree: Undergraduate degree Nice to Have; (But not a must)
