Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
• Responds to end user requests for IT technical support including but not limited to: Password Changes, application installation and use, printer use and issues and other technical support requests.
• Assist staff with processing inventory items, logging new hardware into inventory and helping to organize and store computer equipment.
• Responds to IT support requests via email, telephone and in person.

Required Qualifications:
• Mid-Level Desktop technician
• 3 – 5 years experience supporting Windows XP desktops, Citrix Thin Client environments, Novell workstations and user account administration.
• 3- 5 years Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues on desktop PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Experience with remote control technology to remotely assist users with technical issues
• Excellent customer service
• Experience troubleshooting software issues, basic server and networking troubleshooting
