Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Work as a consulting team member or an individual functional/technical consultant in the design and development of SAP ME/MII based shop-floor solutions. Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure and transform them into Specifications for Development or final Implementations. Project Management. Customer Interaction during the entire project, including pre-sales workshops, blueprinting, scoping, implementation, go-live and support phases. Follow different project implementation lifecycle methods and tools, i.e. ASAP, Waterfall and Agile methodologies Guide team members, mentor junior resources and propose state of the art solution designs. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) • Candidate should have at least 3+ years SAP ME/ Visiprise experience. • Should have participated in two or more SAP ME implementations. • Strong Understanding of the SAP ME processes/functionalities is must. • Strong Knowledge in SAP ME system configuration is must. • Strong Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP MII, PCo, Netweaver etc. in support of SAP ME skillset. • Strong database skills (MSSQL or Oracle). • Effective communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills. • Experienced in scoping solutions, creating Development Specifications, Test and Cutover Plans Travel: ***This is a virtual/remote U.S. based role which will require up to 50% domestic U.S. travel.
