Job Description Developer: SAP ABAP, Web Services, Data Services, JSON XSLT

Description:
Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution.
Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the clients guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.
Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. Training the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.
Experience in SAP ABAP including RFCs, BAPIs, Web Dynpro, CDS views, ALE IDocs, ABAP Proxy, OData Services, Fiori experience and Enhancement Techniques (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots - Implicit and Explicit), Reports, Smart Forms, Data dictionary etc.
SAP HANA, SAP UI5, Core Data Services (CDS), Business Objects Processing Framework (BOPF), OData services using Netweaver Gateway.
Experience on SAP Fiori SAPUI5 & SAP Gateway SAP Mobile Platform and SAP Screen Persona 2.0/3.0, interface visual design, experience with the use of the Axure prototyping/mockup software tool.
Experience with SAP integration through internet & mobile technologies (iOS and Android mobile app design) on ABAP OO / and on the latest SAP technologies - SAPUI5 SAP Fiori SAP HANA XS & SAP Screen Persona.
Technical experience in SAPUI5 SAP Fiori SAP Gateway & ODATA REST XML XSLT and SOAP HTML5 CSS AJAX JavaScript jQuery JSON ABAP OO (specialized in development of complete new custom applications & frameworks) ABAP WebDynpro ABAP/4 ABAP OO RFC BAPI FMs Enhancements Scripts ALV & BDC.
Experience in developing Remote Function Modules used in ODataService call with a Strong knowledge of the SAP Gateway client to test the OData service. Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway OData errors and troubleshooting is desirable.
Define, document, design, code, test and deploy workflows, reports, integrations, customizations, enhancements and forms primarily using ABAP and other SAP specific tools such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, PI/PO, BADI, SOLMAN, Fiori, Personas, FPM Web Dynpro, BDC and LSMW.
Work under the guidance of SAP Architect while building complex objects which involves integration to external systems.
Plan, prioritize, and execute SAP PO and EDI Development across the team.
Take the lead in managing SAP PO and EDI related projects. Lead initial discussion, requirements definition, design processes, as well as actual development of the solution.
Ability to analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate that into detailed programming designs.
Ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes confusing and/or contradictory information; demonstrate good listening skills.
Stay current in the new SAP versions and direction for SAP PO, EDI, and with new features and tools to identify opportunities in this area; develop and maintain a roadmap for future directions.
Experience in middleware and enterprise integration including XML/XSLT, Data Transformation, Integration Infrastructure and Web Services (REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL)
Experience on object-oriented development using either SAP ABAP Objects, Java or C#.
Experience working with relational databases, data modeling and SQL scripting.
Integration Platform and tools – SAP Process Integration (PI/PO), webMethods, SAP ALE, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Experience with Cloud iPaaS platforms, custom API development and the ability to pick up new technical knowledge quickly
