Someone who aspires to move away from development and into management this is right for. • Hands-on development experience with the following: Java, Spring (MVC, Batch etc.), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Jenkins, Automation (Cucumber, Selenium or similar) and AWS Cloud Deployments (dont need hands-on AWS Cloud but have to know how to build/architect/design applications deployed within an AWS Cloud) • Experience acting with Agile/Scrum organization – this Lead will be the Technical Lead on 2 Scrum teams. In this Lead Software Engineering role, you will be responsible for the helping lead the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to challenging problems with software development. Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinating the various deployment/release, artifacts/activities needed for continuous deployment; acting as a conductor directing and tracking the component deployments and its related business value realization /growth. • Work in helping security compliance activities and tools management. • Not only work closely with the engineers in design, development, and testing of the Fox Claims applications, but you will also work with the extended team of application architects, quality automation engineers, performance engineers and IT DevOps in a scaled agile environment and expected to provide innovative solutions, mentor team mates and defend the ideas that you propose. Technical Requirements • 2-3+ years of development experience, coming from modern open source technological stack such as Java, Spring Boot (Microservices), REST and Cloud applications. • Ability to mentor and lead junior to senior engineers and communicate across business layers. • Ability to understand how the overall business/application architecture works and how each piece is affected by any/all changes. • Knowledge of understanding and interpreting regression testing outputs, security scans, dynatrace monitoring. • Knowledge of web security, application security, web services security, common vulnerability remediation, certificate management.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
