Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. Specific Job Description: The Business Analyst is accountable for providing value in the operational UC Lync Program delivery and support the operation of end-to-end IT services. The incumbent will participate in a program related analysis consistent with data gathering, metric reports, performance monitoring, and collaborate with key stakeholders. Specific Responsibilities Include: Collect, identify, and data coordination for Lync Program. Support monitoring effort of Microsoft Lync product. Participate in requirements gathering and implementation of Lync capabilities. Investigate & Track Lync end-user related issues reported by users Communicate & Report metrics to key stakeholders Report Lync operational issues Identify and report server performance issues Analyze server performance statistics Identify data information gaps needed to produce reports Provide on-going reports to status of WebEx/Intercall account migrations.
