To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced facilitator who is comfortable presenting to audiences of various sizes. You will conduct compelling and engaging online learning using virtual classroom technology. Your role is responsible for attending to the learners needs, presenters tasks, presentation files and technical factors while using a full range of interaction tools and techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Delivery of job skills training for people leaders • Utilizing WebEx tools to facilitate class • Other duties as needed or assigned EDUCATION: • Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: • 3 to 5 years experience delivering virtual training • Experience using virtual collaboration and training tools (such as WebEx Meeting Center, Training Center and or Event Center) is required; including virtual breakout rooms, whiteboard, and chat.
