Job Description: Prime Therapeutics Data Architect Remote Duration: 3/31/2021 – most likely extension through end of year Department/Project Description: The data architect is responsible for the identification and development of enterprise data concepts in collaboration with business stakeholders, SMEs and business analysts. Along with the future state information and data vision of the program, the data architect will be responsible for the identification and development of canonical models, leveraging applicable industry standards such as HL7 FHIR and NCPDP. In addition to delivering models and viewpoints for the modernization program effort, the data architect will assist in development of data architecture and information exchange standards and best practices. Value Proposition: Deliver architectural artifacts to support the DAR modernization effort as well as to provide guidance and support to product teams to ensure alignment to architectural requirements. Responsibilities: Training Expectations: Shadowing with the other Data Architects, DAR Enterprise Architect, DAR Solution Architect Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders (data architects, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, project management, etc.) in producing sound data architecture deliverables including concepts and models Recommend, document, and support delivery of pragmatic data architecture that fulfills specific business requirements while addressing major architectural concerns, such as performance, scalability, data quality and data privacy Maintain alignment with enterprise strategy, reference architecture, architecture principles and other guidelines produced by the Architecture Office Maintain enterprise model(s) and act as domain expert for two or more data domains Create target and future state models for data in motion and data at rest Partner with API, web service and data integration teams to design data contracts and schemes for integration (internal and external) Provide leadership in ongoing development and improvement of data architecture practice Other duties as assigned Candidate Profile: Qualifications (years of experience in field): 5+ years leading requirement elicitation, analysis and design of data concepts and data models 3+ years of experience with service-oriented and domain-driven design 3+ years of experience with canonical and message modeling Working knowledge of HL7, NCPDP or other healthcare information exchange standard Experience with PBM and/or health care domain (claim, drug, provider, network, contract) Experience leveraging and applying industry standards in support of B2B integrations (API, file, EDI) Experience with Scaled Agile framework Technologies: ER/Studio modeling tools Pega Platform Cloudera or other Big Data distributions Denodo data virtualization Web Services and APIs (JSON, XML, XSD) Qualifications (years of experience in field): 5+ years leading requirement elicitation, analysis and design of data concepts and data models 3+ years of experience with service-oriented and domain-driven design 3+ years of experience with canonical and message modeling Working knowledge of HL7, NCPDP or other healthcare information exchange standard Experience with PBM and/or health care domain   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
