Qualified candidates will apply state of the art SOA technologies and can expect a fun and challenging results-driven position where they can both contribute and learn. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for establishing standards and procedures to govern enterprise-wide roll-out of webMethods. 2. Responsible to lead offshore team in developing standards, frameworks and driving the entire SDLC of projects 3. Responsible for preparing technical documents with the usage of Entity, Sequence, Class diagrams, etc. 4. Required Qualifications: Education: · Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in engineering or computer technology. Job Related Experience: · 6+ years of SOA Technology Experience with 4+ years using webMethods solutions or equivalent · Expert in enterprise class multi-tenant/multi-layered SOA Applications · Extensive experience designing, developing and supporting distributed enterprise SOA applications · Experience in Performance Optimization activities · Experience with Enterprise Architect (EA) a plus · Background developing financial applications a plus · Test Driven Development (TDD) experience is a plus · Team Leadership or Mentoring experience with offshore development team. Additional Skills/Knowledge: · Advanced knowledge of object oriented principles, SOA design patterns and enterprise systems · Strong knowledge of Application security, PEP and securing the complete solution · Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Must possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with demonstrated teamwork, time management and multi-tasking skills. · Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills required · Fairly good understanding of IT Operational processes & post-production support Travel Required: · 25% Preferred Qualifications: · Education: Masters degree is a plus. · Certification in webMethods is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
