The LP-Invoicing project is stage 3 of a high profile project which has collectively sought out to provide a business solution to allow local municipalities the ability to let local design contracts, electronically process reimbursement agreements and improve turnaround timeframes for paying their vendors. Required Skills: * Business Analysis experience supporting large, complex projects * Formal requirements gathering and documentation experience * Experience analyzing data and performing business analysis functions * Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) * Experience creating cost benefit analysis reports * Developing functional requirements - describe what the system process or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements * Experience running JAD sessions to gather and document business, functional, and user requirements * Experience creating Use Cases * Experience and knowledge in supporting application system development life cycle * Experience documenting “as is” and “to be” processes * Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix * Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes * Proficient with MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, etc * Experience developing testing plans and assisting in systems tests * Experience creating cost benefit analysis reports * Experience working in a team environment as well as independently * Strong, proven oral and written communication skills * Experience creating user documentation such as training materials and/or screen prototyping Desired Skills: * Experience working with Government Agencies (local, state, federal) * Experience with payment processing systems such as SAP * IIBA-certified Business Analyst certification or similar certification * Experience with IBM Rational and SharePoint   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
