The primary focus of the Business Analyst is to understand and document all business requirements related to time keeping and paying employees correctly. These detailed business requirements will feed/drive the Workforce Software system configuration and serve as the base for test plan creation. Additionally, this role will be integrally involved with user acceptance testing and system implementation. Key Responsibilities: In coordination with the System Integrator, develop detailed business requirement specifications for all business units/facilities to define appropriate configuration in Workforce Software Recommend innovative uses of Workforce Software functionality, design and implement solutions with a strong focus on deep diving into detailed requirements and problem solving Lead training/demonstrations of Workforce Software Lead Workforce Software Impact Analysis for assigned facilities Create test scripts and guide system and user acceptance testing Document workflows, business processes and the work involved in systems implementation, maintenance and support Proficiency in running queries and using reporting tools Support the deployments at each location and previously implemented sites Key contact for assigned facilities for troubleshooting reported system issues including but not limited to system not responding, configuration changes required to updated or changed policies, etc. Utilize project management skills to collaborate with business and IT teams to move project initiatives forward timely and according to budget/resource allocations Review current business processes to determine where automation / improvements will drive efficiency supporting timekeeping and payroll functions Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills: 5+ years of experience with Workforce Software Required Workforce Software project work in the past 12 months required Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently required Must be able to be on-site in the Lisle, IL office two or three weeks per month and/or travel to facilities as needed.
