Job Description Tester: QC Experience, XML, SQL, QA

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have a minimum of 5 years of QC experience and a BS/BA or a minimum of 8 years of QC experience.

· A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with business or technical analysis.

· Strong technical background with specific focus on Web applications.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Perform and manage others in the creation and execution of unit, systems, and integration testing activities for large-sized projects without supervision.

· Development of criteria, scenarios, and scripts for user acceptance testing and management of the user acceptance testing process.

· Must have strong Web Functional and Web Services Testing background.

· Must have experience with XML.

· Proficient with SQL.

· Creation of moderately complex data queries to validate data accuracy and integrity.

· Interfacing with software developers to determine special testing needs and/or unusual risks.

· Estimation of QA effort for large-sized software development projects without supervision.

· Estimation of analysis effort for small- to medium-sized software development projects without supervision.

· Risk identification and documentation.

· Must maintain a good attendance record.
