Client : Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD)

Description :

The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD) has requested assistance from Contractor to provide Application Architecture & Senior Developer service to all the applications supported by Enterprise Solutions Development Division (ESDD).As a member of the my|CalPERS Application Engineering & Architecture (AEA) unit, the consultant(s) will undertake duties and responsibilities as an Application Architect and Senior Developer and provide ongoing application development and support of the my|CalPERS and all of its sub system which were written in Java, Microsoft and php technologies.

Requirements:
Senior Technical Specialist/Lead:
? Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing architecture quality assurance for complex projects and initiatives; performing enterprise applications integration (EAI); defining and developing shared services architectures; designing and developing component architectures; and/or defining enterprise technology
architectures; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility.
? Must be able to analyze data and situations, identify and solve problems, reason logically, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions.
? Must be able to apply creative thinking in the design of methods for processing data.
? Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
? Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents
? Must have minimum of five(5) years of experience working as a solution architect, in providing solutions that aligns with enterprise architecture and aligns with business process in use.
? Strong knowledge on Frameworks, Application Architecture & Application Integration
? Must have a minimum of five(5) years of experience in reviewing various software frameworks like web application framework, java script frameworks and recommending based on a set of customer provided criteria. ? Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex and innovative programs using Java (J2EE), JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, JDBC, BEA Weblogic
? Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing, maintaining and enhancing complex and innovative programs using XML, CSS and HTML
? Must have minimum of two(2) years experience working with Angular JS, Bootstrap framework and JQuery
? Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, SQL
? Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience writing JUnits, Mockito
? Must have knowledge and experience using Spring with MVC Framework, Spring batch, Spring rest api and Spring Web Services
? Must have a minimum of three (5) years experience Eclipse IDE tool
? Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience Clear Case; Clear Quest or similar configuration tools
? Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience facilitating JADs and conducting design and code peer reviews
? Must have knowledge and experience using performance tuning techniques in writing SQL
? Experience leading projects with multiple resource groups
