Job Description Analyst: Data Mapping, Business System Analysts, XML,

Business/Systems Analyst who has experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Loan Origination Software or Mortgage Origination Software experience.

Interview Process: Phone Interview followed by Personal Interview (could make hiring decision of the several Phone Interviews but candidate WILL BE REQUIRED to attend an in person meeting prior to resume submission in [******] system

Start Date: About 1 week after Background Check & Drug Test is processed



QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. EXPERIENCE – 5+ years of IT business analysis experience.

* Mortgage lending, particularly mortgage origination lifecycle and mortgage industry background is a must.
* Experience with information technology, systems analysis and business applications is required.
* Heavy Mortgage or Loan Origination Software experience is required.
* Candidate must possess strong understanding of the software development lifecycle process.

TECHNICAL SKILLS – Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Defect Tracking Tools, Data Mapping, XML, interface experience.
