Within Marketing, this role is part of the Marketing Strategic Capabilities & Insights (MSCI) organization. MSCIs role is to lead the creation of world-class marketing technologies, social capabilities & platforms, digital customer experiences and insights and analytics to enable industry leading revenue growth, scale, and efficiency for Wells Fargo. Specifically this position reports to Marketing Measurement, which is a critical group within MSCI. The team brings accountability to the Marketing organization by empirically estimating the incremental contributions of Marketing to the business and the performance of each campaign and marketing initiatives. Its charter also includes providing guidance to the organization as to the optimal levels of program investments and allocations across businesses, marketing channels, sales channels, audiences and time to achieve forecast sales goals. To that end, the team is charged with applying a wide range of measurement tools including Test/Control, Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-touch Attribution, Optimization tools, Digital Analytics Tools that provide Marketing performance measurements and future investment optimizations for Consumer Deposits marketing. All while reducing risk and driving operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead Marketing Measurement, optimization and targeting efforts for Consumer Deposit campaigns Develop Design of Experiment plans for tests and align backend Wells Fargo database analyses to measure incremental performance Provide SQL, Teradata, and SAS expertise to aggregate, measure, and analyze customer data for targeting and performance measurement Apply a wide range of Measurement tools including Test/Control, Marketing Mix Modeling, Optimization Tools, Multi-touch Attribution, Digital Analytics, Continuous and Limited-dependent Regression Analysis, Logistic Regression, as well as Experimental Design to the better Partner with the internal channel owners and Line of Business partners to understand and conceptualize their marketing measurement needs, across Direct to Consumer, Paid and Owned channels, providing close-looped solutions Exhibit cross-channel thought leadership Apply a wide range of measurement methodologies such as Test vs. Control, Matched Markets, Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-touch attribution, to understand incremental impact of marketing communications and articulate in a simple and intuitive way for business partners Work with Finance to develop NPV analyses based on segment Deliver comprehensive learnings and recommendations to business partners and marketing leadership Divisional Information (Recruiting will add – no action) Who We Are: Learn more about Wells Fargo Enterprise Data & Analytics Learn more about Wells Fargo Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, stati   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
