The project tasks shall be performed by Red Hat employees and shall be Onsite / offsite as required by STS. The actual implementation schedule will be confirmed with all Parties once the resources are assigned to the project. Project management and oversight is provided as a part of the project, and any progress tracking, reporting, and deliverables will be confirmed once the project resources are assigned. The deliverables shall be performed by Red Hat badged employees. STS Tasks and Responsibilities STS shall provide the Red Hat resources with the necessary logins, badges, and access necessary to perform the tasks listed in section 4.4 below Deliverables Red Hat shall deliver the following items in the following two (2) stages: 1. Phase one (1) – six (6) Month RHEL DEE a. Support for the Satellite five (5) to six (6) migration Success defined as all servers/licenses currently on Satellite five (5) have been migrated to Satellite six (6) b. Identity management design and deployment Success defined as an approved Identity management solution design approved and implemented c. On-Going RHEL/Satellite/IDM support Success defined as current processes/procedures reviewed and updated as appropriate d. MS SQL on RHEL Success defined as successful implementation for POC testing e. Assistance with custom reports Success defined as ability for STS to create custom reports as required for audit and STS management 2. Phase two (2) – three (3) month Ansible DEE a. Support automation efforts with Ansible Success defined as processes automated using Ansible for any processes identified for automation. b. Support standardized server builds Success defined as gold standard builds configured in Ansible Duties of the consultants a. Facilitating presentations / workshops to Customer staff b. Providing informal mentoring on the deployment of Red Hat products following Red Hat industry experience with similar engagements c. Working with Customer to support setup and maintenance of Red Hat products: RHEL and Red Hat Ansible d. Assisting with development of standard server build templates for automation e. Serving as liaison, with the ability to reach back into the Red Hat support organization f. Supporting the Customer software build and development environment g. Helping Customer develop documented enterprise support processes taking into account Customer policies h. Helping to design an internal enterprise support model for RHEL and Ansible i. Planning, architecting, and helping with platform migrations of Customers RHEL environment j. Helping to integrate the following third (3rd) party applications with RHEL as feasible as determined by Red Hat: monitoring and system performance tools, and backup and restore agents k. Operating at the general direction of the Customer team, providing suggestions, knowledge share, and configuration of RHEL and other related Open Source technologies, as agreed by the parties l.
