Candidate must be local : Yes Job Description : The primary focus for the role will be to support the day-to-day product management of implementation of biometric authentication capabilities (e.g. fingerprint / facial recognition / voice recognition) as well as expansion of these capabilities for additional use cases . Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to: Oversee technical implementations of capabilities in coordination with vendor and internal project delivery teams using Agile methodology. Day-to-day product management of biometric authentication products and enterprise authentication capabilities. Relationship management of core project teams including Technology, Vendors, Product Management, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Risk & Compliance, and other cross-channel Line of Business partners. Subject matter expert for biometric authentication solutions including working with the vendor on implementing solutions in support of our product roadmap. Consults with management on decisions of strategic core services Coordinates product / service introduction, product profitability, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and privacy regulations, policies Product management of new development Projects - Management through all phases of the Agile product management life cycle, including drafting of initial project scope documents, identification of user stories through completion of detailed specifications, and project advocacy through project completion. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building internal and external partnerships, and driving to measurable, performance-based outcomes. Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to: Provide consulting, facilitation and support to the managers and process owners to identify opportunities to simplify and streamline business deliverables and processes Support teams proactive activities and structured early engagement initiatives to ease burden of high-demand, short response time program requirements Evaluate critically the effectiveness of processes, inputs, activities and time lines related to strategic planning and performance management and drive for improvements Manage the processes to ensure the Authentication team is making progress on all self-directed proactive and formalized BPM (Business Process) and SAA (Audit) activities Lead efforts to ensure accurate and robust weekly and monthly updates are submitted on time Coordinate and collaborate with PVSI Control Team and Independent Risk Management and teams to ensure risk and control, business process management and self-assurance activities are known and understood and whose commitments are achieved Evolving a strategic enterprise-focused business vision Collaborating with enterprise business leaders and technology managers Identifying, articulating and evangelizing emerging strategic opportunities Staying informed of fraud, authentication trends and industry solutions. Being an innovator and thought-leader Building strong relationships Provides leadership for digital products, initiatives, or a functional area within the Digital environment. Leads the development and execution of highly complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant line of business, and may have impact across the Enterprise.
