Oversight of 18 month or older document cleanup Oversight of checked out documents Monitor SharePoint usage report to avoid hitting maximum capacity of site Resolve any questions and issues from users and site Owners/Administrators Collaborate with Site Owners to ensure each site is an effective tool for their applications teams, including support of new document libraries and lists Implement changes to SharePoint site as directed by Leadership or Site Administrators Train other resources to ensure proper support is available Communicate site outages and maintenance, system-level changes, news, and updates to site owners Additional tasks: Documentum Document Manager to provide support to Documentum users.
