Researches new technologies, within areas of expertise, for possible implementation; makes recommendations based on findings. Performs duties within standardized practices, where applicable. Delivers quality and timely results. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies, strong application domain knowledge and assumes accountability to fulfill assigned areas of responsibility. Willing to share acquired knowledge with peers (internal or external to the assigned team). Mentors others as needed to ensure successful project deliverables Complies with and supports all corporate, department and team policies and procedures. Keeps manager, project teams and business customers informed of activities and problems within assigned areas of responsibility; refers matters beyond limits of authority to manager for direction.
