Local candidates preferred. Candidates need to be W-2 or I-9 directly to the submitting vendor. The Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) is responsible for enhancements and maintenance of the applications supporting the DFA Employee Benefits Department (EBD). The BA will work with the EBD to facilitate changes and modifications to the Premium Collections & Payment Modules. 4 years of relevant experience 4 year college degree All roles specified in FA 1 and FA2 plus: Analyze, determine, and document functional requirements. Provide detailed definition on how the applications will support business requirements. Conduct impact analyses of business requirements on the system. Work with Technical Architecture Specialist in defining software / hardware requirements. Gather, interpret, and translate user requirements into design specifications. Participate in design of application. Participate in design code and test reviews as appropriate. Provide inputs to test planning. Review tasks prior to migration into production as appropriate. Complete assigned tasks.
