Those selected for these positions must have the ability to collect and analyze requirements, recommend changes to evolving systems and processes that will address the requirements, while also evaluating the impact to multiple parties. Those in these positions will also create functional system design documentation, participating in all phases of the systems and process development for assigned projects, and coordinate business issue resolution. This role will range from the highly strategic (collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage and influence the roadmap) to the highly tactical (working with multiple technology & testing teams to deliver on objectives). To be successful, he or she must be an analytical problem solver, an excellent communicator, organized, and able to oversee several complex efforts at once in a continually evolving, fast-paced environment. Required Skill Set/Experience: · 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both · 7+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements · 7+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners · Experience with support of private or public Cloud technology · Experience with or strong conceptual understanding of supporting encryption technologies · Advanced project management capabilities · Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail · Proven written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical/Engineering resources · Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines Skills that would be a Plus: · Experience working on encryption technology related projects.
