6-8 Month Contract
Candidates MUST have proficient communication skills

Citrix Virtual Desktop Architect


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead technical resource for desktop and application virtualization with Citrix XenApp and Microsoft App-V
- Overall architecture, design of the virtual desktop computing environments
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), design and architectural standards, best practices and other documentation
- Provide expert-level implementation, administration, troubleshooting/support, and maintenance
- Citrix XenApp 6.5,7.6 suite: Provisioning Services, Storefront

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of solid Citrix Virtual Desktop experience

CERTIFICATIONS:
- Required: Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
- Preferred: Citrix Certified Expert Virtualization (CCE - V)

NICE TO HAVE:
- The ideal candidate will also have experience as a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer with VMware Horizon View
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Desktop or Server Infrastructure
- FlexPod (Cisco UCS, NetApp)
- Managing enterprise computing environments (10,000+ users)
