Note: Email Submission Submission Deadline: 10/24/2018 5pm MST Start Date: 11/13/2018 End Date: 4/15/2019 Client: Arizona State University (ASU) Description: Objectives Arizona State University (ASU) went live on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management in 2007. ASU is currently on Application Version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55.25. ASU is looking for a PeopleSoft Technical developer consultant with expertise in custom Fluid development. The desire is also for the developer to have functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft Student Records module with an emphasis on enrollment and configuration of the related enrollment FLUID content. Scope • Consultant resource initially required to be on-site at ASU. At the discretion of the PeopleSoft Director of Development, the consultant may be allowed to work off-site if the workload allows and the consultant has proven their capability to be successful. • Minimum Skillset o 2+ years of active PeopleSoft FLUID development o 4+ years working as a developer with PeopleTools 8.5+ experience and application version 9.2 o Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred) o BS or higher degree. Technical degrees preferred but we will consider others based on experience. • Desired Qualifications o Experience configuring the delivered FLUID pages for PeopleSoft Student Records up to PUM image 10. o PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional knowledge, Student Records preferred o HTML 5 o Cascading Style Sheets (CSS3) o Javascript • Consultant resource needs to be available to work within primary work hours of Arizona State University (7a-6p) • Consultant can work up to 10 hours/day • Consultant can fly in for the week for a 4/10 schedule. • Consultant will receive assignments either directly from the ASU PeopleSoft Director, an ASU PeopleSoft Team Lead, or through the ASU issue tracking system (JIRA). ASU UTO Provisions for Vendor ASU will provision the consultant with ASU credentials to access systems that are required for the consultant to perform their work assignments. The vendor needs to provide ASU Human Resources proof the consultant has had a background check including fingerprinting. The consultant will be asked to take certain online training regarding security and data sensitivity. It is expected the consultant will provide their own computer system. The expectation is that the consultant desktop or laptop hard drives will use BitLocker or FileVault. The consultant should make every effort not to download any sensitive information to their personal computing device.
